Unless otherwise specified, our terms apply to the following:

• “Student”- includes users who use the platform for personal/educational development by engaging with our courses and web apps.
• “Teacher”- includes those who interact with the platform in an administrative, supervisory or otherwise teaching-related capacity.
• “Web Visitor”- includes those who visit the Accelero website but do not engage with the platform’s services beyond this.
• “Peripheral Guest”- includes those who interact with Accelero’s content (i.e. through our online seminars) but may not visit the website or interact with the platform.
• “Contractor”- includes representatives of institutions (schools or academy trusts) who are responsible for arranging the contract between Accelero and the institutions
• Note that “us” “our” “we” refers to Accelero.

Web Visitors may access the website and the available webpages, but cannot access content that is limited to those permitted to sign in. We take security seriously, and take a number of reasonable precautions to ensure that the platform remains secure. Nonetheless, the users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and private. We reserve the right to disable access to users who we believe have not complied with our Terms & Conditions. This may be up to, and including, disabling access at organisation level.

No information provided on the Accelero platform is designed to be relied on in any capacity; the material is merely for general information purposes only. We cannot guarantee any outcomes as a result of using Accelero. Please obtain specialist advice before embarking on any course of action. We make no representations or warranties regarding the efficacy or accuracy of any information (or indeed the interpretations that may come from this) arising from us.

Some Accelero material may include links to third party sources. We make no warranties and do not accept responsibility for any interaction, or visiting linked websites to, third parties. We do not accept any responsibility for the content on any of these webpages, and do not make any endorsements of them. We also do not hold ourselves out, or consider ourselves to be associated with these third parties.

Whilst the static homepages of Accelero may be shared, no material that is made accessible by logging into Accelero may be shared with individuals for whom Accelero has not been licensed, unless express permission has been given by Accelero.

The nature and reliability of web infrastructure and other operational reasons means that we cannot guarantee the technological functionality of the platform, nor consistent uptime, all the time, and we do not claim responsibility or liability for anything that any downtime or technological problems more broadly may have caused.

We do not exclude our liability where it is not lawful to do so. However, we do exclude, to the fullest extent that is legally permissible, all liability towards Accelero and its administrators/owners for any loss, however it may arise, as a result of using the platform.
