Below are the answers to some of the most common questions we receive about our platform. If you can’t find the answer to your question here or elsewhere on the website, feel free to contact us via email (email address).
We are still developing our price brackets, but the current plan is to deliver our services at around £2 per student, with discounts available for academy trusts and larger institutions (i.e. further education centres with high enrolment). However, a key aim of ours is to deliver our services affordably; therefore, if you believe that you would be able to deliver the equivalent of our services at a lower cost (through a range of different services cumulatively or through a competitor), get in touch and we will be willing to attempt to beat this.
We are currently in a testing phase to ensure that our product has reached a sufficiently high standard before we bring it to the market. We expect this to take a couple of months. We really appreciate your patience!
We are currently looking for schools to take part in our testing phase, and have made a range of perks available to participating schools (free use, future discounts and other benefits that can be negotiated). If this sounds interesting to you, please get in touch by contacting us at email
We use a range of security techniques in order to ensure the safety of your data’s transmission, and make an active effort to comply with the relevant data protection and security regulations/best practices. We also aim to collect user data minimalistically in order to mitigate the risk of data becoming compromised. You can learn more about this, in addition to how we collect and process data, in our privacy policy.
We’re sorry to hear about this! Please get in touch with us via support email and we will do our best to help.
Currently, we are only contracting with organisations (such as schools, colleges and academy trusts) to ensure that our contract sizes can maintain our support facilities. We will, however, support syndicates of students so long as the group is large enough (30+, with some exceptions) and has a central point of contact. If you are unsure about this, please contact us.
