It is our aim to delete data as soon as we have finished using it. This tends to mean within two years of when the data was last useful to us.

If you are a Student or Teacher, your school will have entered into an agreement with us, either via the institution itself or via a broader party (i.e. an academy trust). Please note that to use or access our platform in any manner is to accept our policies. This means that you consent to us using your information in the manner described in this policy.
All information transmission via the internet can be subject to vulnerabilities, even when reasonable steps are taken to prevent this. As such, we cannot 100% guarantee total transmission security via our platform. Nonetheless, we are extremely proactive in our efforts to protect data, and use a wide range of security techniques to achieve this.
